Claims Management Regulation - proposals for amendments to the Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules

The Claims Management Regulation Unit is making a number of changes to the Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules to ensure that the regulatory system remains efficient, clear and sustainable. The new rules will be effective from 8 July 2013.
This follows an assessment of the current Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules by the Claims Management Regulation Unit.
