The Claims Management Regulation Unit proposes to make a number of changes to the Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules to ensure that the regulatory system remains efficient, clear and sustainable.

This follows an assessment of the current Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules by the Claims Management Regulation Unit.
