The European Commission has published two proposed regulations concerning jurisdiction, applicable law and the recognition and enforcement of decisions in matters concerning matrimonial property regimes and the property consequences of registered partnerships.
This consultation paper seeks views on the position the UK should take during the forthcoming negotiations.
