Overview

In January 2024, Outline Planning Permission was granted for the new prison. The next step for the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) is the submission of the Reserved Matters Application (RMA) to consider landscaping and appearance in more detail.

MOJ is now undertaking a period of engagement with the local community. This information pack contains more detailed information on the reserved matters.
