New prison in Buckinghamshire

The Ministry of Justice are working with Mace Group and Cushman and Wakefield on this consultation exercise. Your data will only be used for evaluation purposes to develop the planning proposals for this site and will not be used for any other purpose without your consent. 

The data collected would be limited to those fields on the online feedback form – name, postal address, email address and your feedback comments. Data would be stored by the Ministry of Justice until 29 June 2027 and would only be shared with Mace Group and Cushman and Wakefield. 

The Ministry of Justice and the project team will use your data to develop a Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) about this public consultation that will be submitted to the planning authority or similar body; this will be a publicly available document. Your comments will be anonymous, and we will only identify you in the SCI with your written permission.
