HM Courts & Tribunals Service Lancashire is considering proposals to change the existing number of youth court venues from the current eleven sites to six sites, following a reduction in this type of business listed in Lancashire in recent years.

This consultation paper sets out those proposals and seeks responses from stakeholders who may be affected.
