Chapter 3: Quality and timeliness of providing case information

3A. What information would be most valuable for victims going through the criminal justice process including during the investigation and pre-trial to access on a digital service?
3B. What information should not be communicated digitally but instead conveyed through personal communication with victims?
3C. What other considerations should be integral to the design of any digital victim service?
3D. How could a digital victim service help to prepare victims for what to expect at the court?
